We're thrilled that you are ready to start or continue your yoga practice with us at Some Like it Hot Yoga Studio!

  • We encourage you to download the MINDBODY App. You can book classes and pay for packages using the app. We do accept in person payments. 

  • Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early so you can get accommodated. We do have a changing area and parking. 

  • You can store your personal belongings (purse, cellphone, clothes, and shoes) in the cubbies in the lobby. The instructor will lock the door when class starts.  

  • We encourage you to bring your own mat but we do have spare mats if needed.

  • Wear comfortable clothes. No shoes in the studio room!

  • Brand New Beginners: Let the instructor know if you are brand new to yoga and they will provide modifications and advice to enhance your experience. 

  • If you have injuries, old surgeries, or any conditions (including pregnancy) or medication that could affect your practice, please consult your physician before beginning yoga. (Allergies included i.e. scents, )Definitely let your instructor know so they offer modifications.

  • We are a judgement free zone!

  • Have Fun! Bring an open mind and be ready to create space for yourself!
