Interested in yoga, but unsure where to start? Looking to get back on your mat or refine your current practice? All levels are welcome but this class is specifically geared toward the complete beginner. In this class we will be exploring basic yoga asanas (poses) breathing techniques that make up the foundation of a vinyasa (linking breath to movement) yoga practice. Foundation, alignment & technique will be the main focus as we work toward creating mindfulness awareness, balance, strength & flexibility in a safe, relaxed and fun atmosphere. Clear concise instruction is given with attention to detail for every student. No experience needed, just bring a willingness to create space mind body & spirit (Level 1) not heated
HOT BARKAN FLOW
Hot Barkan Yoga, is a style of Hatha yoga consisting of 5 vinyasa flows, a balancing series and a spinal series. It consists of many of the poses from the Bikram series and is a structured flow designed to strengthen and stretch all areas of the body. The Barkan Method is a structure series and through consistency and repetitions, you will begin to notice changes in the body and the practice. There may be slight variations in each class to introduce challenge for the student. (Level 2) Heated class 90-95*
Beyond Basics-Taking your practice a bit further? With the same attention to foundation & alignment Beyond Basics will explore some more challenging asanas (poses) and vinyasa sequencing in a workshop style class building each pose from the ground up, staying within your comfort zone but pushing the boundaries a little bit further. Increase strength, flexibility, and balance with more refined breath work and an increased emphasis on awareness. Some yoga experience helpful but definitely not required. (Level 1-2) not heated
HIIT YOGA FUSION
Get the best of both worlds with this interval strength/ flexibility class. HIIT Yoga Fusion is designed for the HIIT enthusiast who wants to incorporate mobility, or the yogi practitioners who want to increase their cardiovascular endurance. We'll use traditional yoga poses and body weight movements in order to burn calories while engaging awareness of both the mind and body. This is an all levels class with modifications for all. Please BYOM (bring your own mat) and water!
Total body conditioning combines the practices of Pilates, yoga and some ballet skills movements to help you build strength, lose weight, and increase flexibility! This is a “Jenna Style Class” so we guarantee you have not taken one quite like this before!
THERAPEUTIC VINYASA FLOW
Energize your afternoon with a gentle therapeutic practice. This therapeutic vinyasa is for all levels and designed to engage breath, body, and mind. Using and exploring your own “edges” this class aims to build functional patterns of movement and flexibility, while building strength and preparing you to flow through the rest of your day!
We will definitely have fun sweating & practicing our assanas off in this HOT class! Hot Power is for those looking to kick their practice up a few notches! A power vinyasa class where alignment and breathing take the forefront. We'll be exploring the edges of our comfort zone building strength, balance, flexibility & focus in a series of creatively sequenced flows, then we break it down workshop style to explore a few challenging power poses. HAPPY HOUR VINYASA FLOW
Shake off your week and get ready for the weekend! This is a dynamic sequence of yoga poses linking breath to movement. Students will be led through a flow of poses to help increase flexibility, mobility and strength within the body and mind. Modifications to each pose will be offered to allow students at various fitness levels to participate to their own ability. Not Heated
RISE & SHINE
Start your day refreshed with this All levels Hatha / Vinyasa yoga class. Students will be led through a flow of poses to help increase flexibility, mobility and strength within the body and mind. This class is designed to allow all levels of students the space they need to gently ease into their weekend relaxed and recharged. With a combination of breath and purposeful movements students will gain awareness of mind and body while fostering a sense of Self. Students will leave the class feeling empowered with the confidence and mindfulness to start their weekend.

RESTORATIVE CANDLELIGHT YOGA
A gentle restorative stretchy roll around on the floor class. Long held supported poses facilitates the opportunity for the body as well as the mind to slow down, open up, stretch out, and create the space needed in our hectic lives. Perfectly suited for those looking to relax, unwind, let go & restore. (All levels) Warm 75*
